Opening Logos 4

I don't know pc terminology well enough to even describe my problem...

I see both the Prereqs and the Logos 4 are downloaded on my pc, running Windows 7, but when I go to open, click the shortcut, the "Do you want to run/changes" thing comes up, I click yes, the music plays, then there's a "flash" like it wants to start, then a message, "Logos Bible Software has stopped working."

I would say a call to tech support is probably in order....

You might want to uninstall/reinstall first though.

I'm sure you'll get better answers soon...just hang tight.
