You should all listen to my Mother: "Of course, I'm always right. Once I thought I made a mistake but found I was mistaken."

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

George, I think you missed the point of what I was trying to say.  Was Enoch taken literally into heaven without dying?  Did Christ ascend to heaven or was he caught up to heven after his resurrection?  Whether you take the clouds as literal or not are there not examples of believer taken to heaven without dying?  By the way the Pre-Trib possition does not teach that believers will be floating on clouds?  Where did I say that?  We believe that Christ will come in the clouds and living and dead believers will be caught up to the clouds and taken back to heaven to be with the Lord?  Is that a horrible thing to believe that Christ may come at any minute and I will be with him forever and see the Savior who loved me and gave Himself for me and then meet with fellow believers who have died.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:18.  If you don't take the passage literally so be it but please don't misrepresent the Pre-trib position.

No sooner espies she the gods,Than Anath’s feet do stumble.Behind, her loins do break; (30)Above, her face doth sweat:Bent are the joints of her loins,Weakened those of her back. She lifts up her voice and cries:"Why come Gapn and Ugar? What enemy’s ris[en] ’gainst Baal,What foe ’gainst the Rider of Clouds?

The Ancient Near East an Anthology of Texts and Pictures.  Edited by Pritchard, James Bennett. Princeton: Princeton University Press, 1958.
I am only giving a limited selection from the bible

      Exodus 14:19–20 (NRSV)
19The angel of God who was going before the Israelite army moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud moved from in front of them and took its place behind them.  20It came between the army of Egypt and the army of Israel. And so the cloud was there with the darkness, and it lit up the night; one did not come near the other all night.

      1 Kings 8:9–13 (NRSV)
9There was nothing in the ark except the two tablets of stone that Moses had placed there at Horeb, where the Lord made a covenant with the Israelites, when they came out of the land of Egypt.  10And when the priests came out of the holy place, a cloud filled the house of the Lord, 11so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord.
12Then Solomon said, “The Lord has said that he would dwell in thick darkness. 13I have built you an exalted house, a place for you to dwell in forever.”

      Job 22:12–14 (NRSV)
12“Is not God high in the heavens? See the highest stars, how lofty they are! 13Therefore you say, ‘What does God know? Can he judge through the deep darkness? 14Thick clouds enwrap him, so that he does not see, and he walks on the dome of heaven.’

      Ezekiel 1:4–5 (NRSV)
4As I looked, a stormy wind came out of the north: a great cloud with brightness around it and fire flashing forth continually, and in the middle of the fire, something like gleaming amber. 5In the middle of it was something like four living creatures. This was their appearance: they were of human form.

      1 Thessalonians 4:16–18 (NRSV)
16For the Lord himself, with a cry of command, with the archangel’s call and with the sound of God’s trumpet, will descend from heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up in the clouds together with them to meet the Lord in the air; and so we will be with the Lord forever. 18Therefore encourage one another with these words.
      Revelation 1:7 (NRSV)
7Look! He is coming with the clouds; every eye will see him, even those who pierced him; and on his account all the tribes of the earth will wail. So it is to be. Amen.

      Psalm 68:4 (NRSV)
4Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift up a song to him who rides upon the clouds— his name is the Lord— be exultant before him.

      Matthew 24:30–31 (NRSV)
30Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see ‘the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven’ with power and great glory. 31And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

As I said, it is a common trope in the ANE so it should not be taken literally since it is the common accompaniment of theophanies.

Me thinks that a biblical text can have both a literal historical meaning while, at the same time, indicating a future prophetic event.

I am not going to elaborate here as I think it has become clear that this thread is now way off topic and has violated the terms of the board.

    On point:

Tes, I too am not finding many Monograms dedicated to a Rapture Theology. I have the platinum as well (I believe I read somewhere that is what you have). However, a search for Rapture in my entire library gave me quite a return...

You could also follow Richard's earlier suggestion, "If you create a collection of your theological works (here's my formula: title:theology OR title:doctrine), and do a Basic search in that collection for rapture, you'll get many, many results. If you constrict your search further to systematic theologies, you'll find even terser discussions of the topic."

I got the following hits just searching my systematic theologies. . .

    Hope this helps.
