Logos books backup?

Is it possible to back up all my books so that I don't have to re-download the entire package of 9 gigs when I have to reformat my HD?

My motherboard went faulty on me and (don't ask why) I had to restore my hard Drive to factory defaults.. so my entire logos library needs re-downloading and indexing. So if (or when) this happens again...

I do have a 2nd hard drive for storage, lots of room.. so is it possible? If so, how? Which directory?
