Is there a way to print all of my highlighted text from all resources in my library
Jamel
Hi Jamel - and welcome to the forums.
I think it is possible but it will take a long time!
The first thing you would need to do is to find all highlighted text in all of your resources.
There is a good description on how to do this at http://wiki.logos.com/Finding_Highlighted_Text. At the bottom of this article it shows you how to find all highlighted text within a resource (in this case a Bible). In the more general case you are interested in you would need to do a Basic search in"Your Entire Library"
This should result in a set of search results showing all highlighted text - but not showing the actual highlights.
You would then need to click on each one to open it - which would then show the highlights - which you can then print out.
So, as I say, I think it's possible but the wildcard search on all of your resources will take a very long time and you will then need to open each resulting result to get the highlight.
Others may be able to think of a better way of doing it but that's the best I can come up with.

EDIT: To provide some baseline measurement I have just tried the above search against just one of my resources (the NIV) where I have 11 highlighted passages. This search took 1,379 seconds or nearly 23 minutes.
I don't believe that this functionality is available. Here are two options for helping you see what you've highlighted though. I made a video showing it: http://screencast.com/t/HsZGYSkolxt
I think that it is an excellent suggestion to add a feature to the Print/Export menu to allow you to Print/Export all of your highlights. This is one of my favorite features on the Kindle: Every highlight you make is excerpted to kindle.amazon.com where I can review all my highlights in one place. In my opinion, flipping through them in context using option #2 above is actually superior; nevertheless, it would be nice to be able to print/export only highlights from a particular resource.
I tried searching for the wildcard operator * (which should return absolutely everything that is highlighted) but my computer kept searching for about 10 minutes without returning anything.
I have used this method to search my entire library for all my highlighted text. It does eventually finish, but it takes about an hour on my machine. It is the only way I know of to do this, but it isn't something Logos ever anticipated people would use, so they weren't intending to have it work. The fact that it does is sort of an accident, and Bradley has jokingly threatened to slow it down even more on purpose to make me stop trying to use it. I hope they are able to reimplement this someday with a faster algorithm. As it is now, it is really unusuable.

Yeah it ended up taking my netbook about a half hour to search a single resource with the wildcard operator.
