Simply that you should include the web address of the product so all the sales reps have to do is to click the link in your email.
For example, if you wanted a deal on The Complete Works of Francis A. Schaeffer (5 vols.) you would write:
The Complete Works of Francis A. Schaeffer (5 vols.): http://www.logos.com/product/153/the-complete-works-of-francis-a-schaeffer
