possible bug: morph filters display incorrectly

After downloading the latest update, I am unable to display my morph filters properly for my Hebrew texts. As you can see in the screen shot, the filter consists of a highlight with a label text under it in a capsule. This displayed fine in the previous version.

1) Now it only displays it partially (just the highlight without the bullet).

2) worse, for the Lexham interlinear it only displays 1 verse per chapter and loses all the other verses (the same happens with the BHS, not shown here).

Troubleshooting: If I use a simple highlight rather than a custom style, then it displays fine again. Specifically, the problem seems to be from using a custom made highlight with a label text below, and that is messing up the display.

Is this a known bug? Is there a workaround? Is it possible to revert to the previous version where it was working properly? I use filters quite extensively, so this makes Logos pretty much unusable for me until this is fixed. Thanks!

note: I am using 4.0b Release Candidate 1 (beta). I just noticed that there is an hidden forum for beta, so perhaps a mod could move this post there?

I'm not able to reproduce this using the same highlighting styles and query for the visual filter.  If you open Tools > Highlighting, does that style still include the label text?

    Yes, it does.

If I make a highlight style with label text either above or below, it will display fine in the "tools>highlighting" section, and also in the formatting drop-down for the morph filter, but will be messed up when applied to the Bible texts.

From my side it is very easy to reproduce. I tried rebooting, and there was no change. I'm a bit baffled as to why you would get different behavior... is it possible you have a more recent build?

    I have 4.0b RC 1 (4.10.4.7689) installed (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/26386.aspx).

If you delete that Visual Filter document and recreate it, does it work correctly?

I'll try. Can you tell me where the visual filters are stored so I can make a back up of them first?

As a temporary arrangement, and to save backing up/deleting, you could just create a new filter, and not show the old one.

Ah, okay, well if that's what we're talking about then yes I tried that.

For the example posted here in the OP I made a new filter which does not work. If I make yet another, that also does not work.

Also the program is very sluggish, and freezing up quite a bit.  I just had to do force quit because it got stuck when I tried to turn off a filter. This was not happening on the previous version.

I'm using a brand new Macbook Pro with 4 gigs of ram so it should be plenty powerful.

Do I need to reinstall? Can I revert back the previous version?

If you apply that highlighting style manually to selected text, does the label text appear?

    Okay I fixed it.

Initially I got the exact same error when I applied the highlight style directly. But then I did the following:

    1) turn off all morph filters

    2) close and reopen the book

    3) apply a simple highlight directly to one word

    4) erase it

    5) apply the highlight with the capsule label text. (Which now will display correctly)

    6) erase that

    7) turn the filter back on

Then it works again. I needed to do that for all the books.

So I guess it was a matter of getting it to reset somehow... it's fixed for me now, but it seems like a potential instability you guys might want to check out before going to gold with the beta. Thanks for the help!

UPDATE: The problem is back, and I am not able to fix it using the above steps.

I am no longer on beta, and am currently on 4.0b SR-1 so could a mod please move this thread to the non-beta forum?

The problem appears in all Greek and Hebrew Bibles when applying a highlight that uses a capsule above or below the word.
