Doing a search in Coptic?

I'm relatively new to Libronix, and I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place, but I'll take my chances.

 

I've purchased and installed a Coptic Lexicon, as well as the Sahidica Collection on my Mac (was on my PC).  How do I perform a search in that Lexicon? I've used the search function and typed in the equivalent letters in the Coptic, and it didn't work. The next thing I did to test functionality was to copy a word written in Coptic from the lexicon itself, run search, and paste in the word. It still returns 0 results. I'm very frustrated, as I could have just kept to a physical copy of the lexicons/NT but thought this would make translating work and resources much easier.

 

Please advise. IF this is in the wrong section, please also advise.
