Transferring Purchases from Libronix to Logos

Hi all, this question has probably been asked a million times and if it has I am sorry (for the record I did search the forum, but I couldn't find anything).

I currently have both Logos 4 and Libronix installed on my system. However, I would like to stop using Libronix and use only Logos as my primary study application. 

My question then is this, is there a way to transfer all of my purchases from Libronix to Logos so that I can remove it from my system, yet still use the books I brought for Libronix?

Actually if you synchronized your Libronix resources with the Logos server, you should already have all your resources in Logos 4. The actual resource count won't be the same, but Logos 4 should discover your licenses and download all your resources. Have you taken this step and can you verify if the resource counts between both installations are similar?
