You have made me aware of something I did not know before. I had assumed that "AND NOT" would be one of the operators though I had never used it. I ran a search specifically for the purpose of testing whether this operator was included but found that ALL that appeared in my search was that which I specifically wanted to exclude. I join you in requesting this.

I need to update my post. You will note that I attempted to use "AND NOT" as an operator but found that it produced precisely the results I wanted to avoid. It occurred to me that it should have been "ANDNOT." This will work. Try "say ANDNOT 'not say'" (delete the double quotes and upgrade the single quotes to double quotes).
