Have a web page that will be active only from midnight, Thanksgiving night through midnight Cyber-Monday night.
List all products that are on sale along with the regular price and sale price. You could even have a set amount of units of any particular resource that would be sold. First come first serve. When that's done, the sale price for that particular item is done. Show a countdown as to how many units are still available.
Have it to where these purchase can be made directly online.
If an ever better price can be had by talking to a sales rep, tell us so.
