Notes in Bible Chapter Heading

I use lots of "Notes" and noticed in my NASB95 Bible the Notes from the chapter also show in the Chapter Heading (see image). Typically Notes attached to Verse 1 get attached to the Heading/Pericope, but in this Bible it seems to catch all the Notes of the chapter . . . any thoughts or is this just a formatting issue with the NASB95?

Attaching multiple notes (by "Reference") to the same verse did not replicate elsewhere. Verse 1 notes did attach to the Pericope (below), but nothing attached to the chapter heading. Did you manually enter your notes into L4 or were they imported from L3?

Thanks Dave . . . these "may" have been from L3, I can't say. I spent the Thanksgiving weekend editing my notes, Gen-Rev, deleting the numerous duplicates that probably happened in that intial importing from L3 to L4 . . . but, it's all done and no duplicates! I redid all the notes in Rev 13 and they do not attach to the Chapter Heading anymore. Now to move on . . .
