MOVING V4 from old win 7 laptop to new win 7 laptop

I am trying to move my logos v4 from old laptop with win 7 to a newer win 7 laptop.

The download method is at 40% after 20 hours....i need a quicker fix...please!

Is there a way to copy to a jump drive and transfer that way? if so, what do i copy? HELP!!
