I purchased extra products via the Logos online store and opted for purchasing these items using a payment plan, but despite making several attempts to download these items such as a copy of the Amplified Bible and the Vine's Expository Bible dictionary for the Old and New Testaments and The Complete Works of Francis Schaeffer by running my copy of the Scholar's Logos 4 software and closing it several times and later with the direction of a technical support helpline person removing some of the components from the Application Support Folder or some other folder within my user folder on the hard disk of my MacBook Pro. Yet nothing I did proved successful in enabling me to download the abovementioned items and thus I am left very frustrated and disappointed because I am unable to get what I paid for.
I should add that I did not elect to update my copy of the Logos 4 Mac Scholar software. It updated itself automatically.
