When I open Logos 4 on my MacBook it signs me in for a few seconds then fails to open. I have taken my MAC to an Apple store and the diagnostics show the issue isn't with the computer. I have reinstalled the software, but nothing is resolved.

Rob, You might try starting Logos with the cmd() key held down (best to do this from the applications folder. This will give you the log in panel and you can select 'start with a blank layout' before running the program.
This will eliminate any problems with previous layouts.

Wonder if initial installation or Logos 4 Mac previously working ?

Observation: Logos 4 needs an internet connection for installation.
