Linking external docs with particular passages on Logos books

Wondering i there is any way I can link/mark say a pdf file I have on my computer to a particular book on Logos? For eg. - I'm reading a commentary on Hebrews and I have a few notes outside Logos, say some pdf files which expand on hebrews 1. It would be absolutely great if I could mark either the relevant verse in the bible on Logos and also reference other passages in the commentary so that I know I have this particular material stored elsewhere. It would just make it a one stop reference /index for all my studies.

It could probably show a highlight indicating I've tagged something adn clicking on that could bring up the actual file if found?

You can't link files to Bible verses, but you can link notes to Bible verses, and you can also link notes to files.

To do this, add a note to your Bible verse, then in the text of the note type something like: "See John Doe's commentary on Hebrews". Highlight the words "John Doe's Commentary on Hebrews", then type the full path and name of the file in the hyperlink box, at the top of the notes panel, and press enter.

The result of this will be a note indicator in your commentary and Bibles that when you hover over it will say "See John Doe's commentary on Hebrews". If you click on the note indicator, the note will be shown, and with one further click you'll have your file open.

Both deal with adding hyperlinks to notes, but neither specifically mention adding files as the hyperlinks.
