Bug? (RC1) Stored PG uses old template

I entered the Matthew passage and immediately knew the format was incorrect. I first thought the Template had been altered but it had not, then I realised it may be a stored Guide, entered a slightly different passage and was informed about a Guide dated 25 October; which was the one in question (below).

  • is it correct that they come up with the format current at the time (25 October)?
  • then why is there no warning that this is a stored guide?
