Downloading Pre-pub to 3.0 after already getting it in 4.0

I purchased the Catena Aurea which recently was automatically downloaded into 4.0. I am much more familiar with 3.0 and, thus, continue to have that version of the software alongside 4.0. When I search for the Catena in 4.0, it is there. Not so in 3.0. I have tried synchronizing licenses, but to no effect.

Any ideas for how I can get this resource to be recognized by 3.0?

You almost certainly received an email notifying you of the shipping of CA.  There should have been an attachment to unlock it.  If you run that it should unlock.  If that doesn't work, go to https://www.logos.com/user/orders.  Page down until you find your order history toward the bottom of the page.  Click on the order number.  That will take you to a page thanking you for your order, blah, blah, blah.  It also has download instructions for versions previous to L4.  Click on the "Unlock" button.  Hopefully that will do the trick though there have been a few gliches recently.
