I would like to suggest that something be added in iTunes, like Goodreader has, to tell which books to move to the ipad. I don't know if this is a lot to ask, or perhaps it hasn't yet been considered.
No idea if we are going to be getting this ability but you aren;t the first person to ask for this.... A new version should be out soon (next week? next month? i have heard it's in beta so only the powers that be have an idea of when it will be out). This one is a major under the hood thing...New features will be minimal, we have been told, but this update will lay the groundwork for major features in the near future.

I can only say that don't hold your breath for this feature. And the update has been described as Dan said as a very much under the hood release. It should help with offline books behaving much better. After that is finished you can expect to seem some feature additions. Can't wait!
