The "auto installer" just downloaded a resource, but I have no idea what it can be. Is there a way to search my library for "recently added resources" or some similar action?
thank you.

Another idea is rating every resource (e.g. 2 stars) - new ones not have rating.

Not at present, but there will be some time in the future.

There have been 3 small downloads in the last few days: 4.0b; an update of biblical places/people/things & the LCV; and finally an update to a Lexham resource. (Plus prepubs, of course, if you have bought such.) There are forum threads on all of these.
I've been wondering the same, and found this link from KS4J's link.
