Explanation of Numbers on right hand side of WBC Translation

I can't figure out what the numbers represent - 4+3, 4+3, 3+4

1}And a shoot shall go out from the stump of Jesse.4+3

A Branch from his roots will bear fruit,

 

a spirit of wisdom and understanding,

a spirit of counsel and heroism,

a spirit of knowledge, and fear, of Yahweh.
3+4² And the Spirit of Yahweh shall rest on him:4+3

The numbers represent the poetic meter in Hebrew.

Whether knowing the meter, or even being able to work out the meter, is helpful is open to debate.

In English, for example, the equivalent would be the standard hymn, "The Lord's my shepherd" is 8 + 6 + 8 + 6
