I just reinstalled version 3. I went to request an email for my customer id and code, but the email that it was linked to I closed a while back. How do I update my email so then send my activation info to the right adress?
Peace to you, Brother!
*smile*
am heading to bed now ....... long weary day, but Blessed ....
Someone else will probably come along soon to advise you better than I,
However! I think you use your old address, the one you originally had with Logos.
I think that it doesn't change.
Have you tried it???
Blessings
I don't know if this will work but if you go to your account on the Logos.com web site, you'll see a Profile tab on the left. There is a line that says 'edit your profile'. Click on that and you will see the email address you currently use for Logos. Try that one.
Milford is right that your customer ID is probably whatever email you had when you first registered the software.
If you can't get this done via email, a call to customer service on Monday should get things straightened out.

Charles is correct. The email you used when you first used Logos is your user ID.
If you want to change your email contact, log in to Logos.com with your current user ID (as explained above) go here and click on the "Click here" blue text under your picture (if any), name, and other info. The full text of that line is "Click here to complete your profile."
NOTE: your Logos user ID will still be your old email address - if you want to change that, you'll have to contact tech support.
It was my original email. It was asking for my confirmation code. I still have the serial number that came with my disk, but that did not work when I tried to type in the confirmation code section. I was able to reactivate my old email account with yahoo. Praise the Lord... They were able to send me what email it was under and the confirmation code. I had already updated that information on the website, but the email logos sent me with the confirmation code went to the email that I had closed. Now I am just having problems with my libronix disk, my rom drive is not reading it. I have logos 4 installed, can I point libronix to my logos 4 books, and have it read those, rather then reinstalling all of the books from all the disks I own?
Sorry, that was one of the things Libronix could never handle well, that Logos4 handles with ease.
However, if you go here, you can download individual books and or collections that Logos has a record of (presumes you're logged into the Logos web site with your user ID). Just scroll down to your order history and click on the order # of any resource or collection you don't have a working disk for.

You can cover a lot of ground by downloading all the resources for the base collection you own. The links are listed in the first post in this thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/6366/49771.aspx#49771
Perfect, I should not need my setup disk this way.
