Bug: Last Updated does not work on the 20.82 MB download

I do not have a date of Today for the NA27NM resource in the 20.82 MB download (and it may not work for any other resource because they all have a version date between 8-12 October, 2010).  The majority of my resources have a "Last Updated" of October 20, 2010 and that was unchanged for NA27NM.

But NA26 have the date of today. I only get this two resources in the last download (8.8MB)
