I see a squillion posts about this bug, there is a workaround you can do to stop Logos locking up until developers can post a fix.
See my previous post - http://community.logos.com/forums/t/26809.aspx - by default the Information panel setting is to update the information panel contents on 'hover'. That means every time you move mouse over a word the contents of the information panel will update.
To work around the issue:
- Start Logos fresh
- MAKE SURE mouse pointer does not go over a word in any text window
- Go to settings for Information Panel
- Change setting from 'Update information on - hover' to 'Update information on - click'
- Shut down Information Panel when you use Logos and/or use layout which does not load it.
This will enable Logos to avoid this issue and it will function OK till there is a fix.
