New Homepage and Library Options

I don't see the release notes or updated resources on the homepage even though I selected it. are the release notes just not available on the homepage yet? When I try to sort my library by "last updated" nothing happens.

    I believe "Last updated" only populates going forward. It will be empty for resources which have been added prior to 4.2a.
