Please Help - Trouble with Update

I am having trouble with the newest update to Logos 4. It is asks if I have permission to change these settings but it only gives RETRY or CANCEL responses. I guess that maybe the file was corrupted on the download, has anyone else had this problem and or how can I delete this update and download it again?

Can you give the exact wording on the message, and tell us exactly when it occurs (a screenshot would be even better)?

My only options are RETRY and CANCEL

Retry just produces the same error message and cancel stops the update.

Have you ever installed Logos as an administrator? If you have, then when you re-install you need to do the same.

To do so, download the setup file manually http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/4.20.4.7970/Logos4Setup.exe and save it to you desktop. Then right click on it and choose "run as administrator". You'll need to do this every time you install, unfortunately.

(If you've never installed as an administrator, there may be another problem. In this case, try restarting your computer then installing normally from the file above.)
