I removed L4 Win running in Parallels

In honor of the latest beta I have removed L4 Win running under Parallels... thanks L4 Mac team for your development of L4 Mac. I am now redeeming 17.5 Gigs of HD space and no longer have to install and index twice when I purchase a new resource... Great work!

    Hey John,

Would you remind us of what machine you're using and it's specs?

MBP 4 gigs of Ram  2.4 Duo Core. BTW I never run L4 Mac with Parallels open as it will slow things down considerably.

Additionally, most of my study is expository. While I consider myself a power users, I do not run lots of complex searches and I do not use notes beyond recording short thoughts. I have a few videos that demonstrate my layout and workflow. I only say this because there are those that use L4 differently and may not find the same level of satisfaction.

In L4 Mac 4.2 beta 1 the Parallel Resources are very fast, reading view, and overall speed improvements made my decision for me.

NIce to know, mac is now nearly as good as windows in your eyes. I realize that some features are still missing from the mac, but I would bet  by march we are on par with windows. I have never used the windows side, I do have parallels installed but use it to access my abingdon books, mobireader and wordsearch (I do realize that wordserach is mac compatible in a xwind environment, but i didn't have a good experience of it and decided since windows is there that is what i will use).
