Error when installing Logos 4.2

When installing Logos 4.2 this message poped up:

Error: c:\users\user\AppData\local\Logos4\system\L4SmrtTg.dll

Verify that you have access to that directory.

If I cancel, now I'm unable to open the program. It just stops working.

Any idea what's wrong?

Welcome to the forums, Filiberto.

If you have not downloaded any resources then I suggest you uninstall Logos4 from Control Panel and delete the C:\users\user\AppData\local\Logos4 folder (don't remove Logos 4 Prerequisites just Logos Bible Software 4, if present). Enable diagnostic logging and try the installation again using this link. DO NOT use "run as Administrator" anywhere, and also ensure that Windows UAC is enabled.

If there are any problems upload the logs in \Documents\Logos Log Files.

Tell us about your computer as well (Windows 7?, RAM, CPU and speed, etc).
