When using the Biblical People tool and I zoom in to get more detail, some of the content is necessarily cut off around the edges. You should be able to reposition by dragging to see the cut off content, however, the gray area at the top (and the choices at the bottom) obscure the content.
It's almost like the bounding area for scrolling is the entire window instead of the visible portion that's not obscured.
I'm using 4.0b SR-1 (4.10.4.8093)
