New to Logos 4 Mac: Opening Display upon Launch

Greetings:

I'm new to this forum and to Logos 4 Mac so forgive the elementary question.

When I first launch Logos, I would like it to default to:

a) a panel on the left showing all my top English Bibles, on their respective tabs (e.g., TNIV, NIV, ESV, NASB, NRSV)

b) a panel on the right with the SBLGNT

c) I would like the two panels linked so that whatever passage I type in the English Bible panel will bring up the corresponding Greek passage in the Greek panel.

I understand how to link, but do not understand how to make the above my default upon launching Logos 4.

Hi Paul,

Welcome! You have a few options:

1. I have Logos open to the last workspace I was in rather than the home page. You can always get to the home page by clicking the home icon. You can enter your verse or topics in the command bar rather than the bar on the home page. To do this go the home page and at the bottom where is says customize click there and deselect show home page at startup. Now Logos will open to your last workspace.

2. You can save your layout and then simply load it. To do this go to layout in the menu bar and name the current layout:

Note that if you start your study from the home page it will always open the default layout.
