i have a new computer with windows 7, it seems that logos stops indexing after about 10 min. or so. can i get some help.
Oscar, you will need to enable diagnostic logging then upload the log files you will find in My Documents\Logos Log Files (zip them into one folder) after another indexing stops.

You attach the log file to a post using the paperclip icon on the message compose header.
