Logos 4 Won't Open After Update

I need some help. I was prompted to download and install an update two days ago. I ran the update and Logos has not opened since. It bounces a couple times in the tray and then... nothing. Reboot didn't help and that's about the end of my know-how.

I am new to Logos, so I have no idea what I did wrong. Thanks in advance for the help.

I have the same problem as of 2/25/12 I was prompted to do the update and now Logos 4 will not open! I am in MX though and cannot just call support. Will be back in US on Friday Mar2. What number did you call?

You can call (800) 875-6467. Have you tried redownloading the app? By the way, the thread you posted to is very old… Feel free to start a new thread if you need to. [:)]

One option is contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

Other option is enable diagnostic logging, then replying and attaching zip file so Logos and adventurous users can look at the files.

Can download and use an applescipt application 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.

Note: wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#Mac with terminal commands, which are used in the applescript application.

Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac has the log posting steps, including link to Logos Log Scribe application to create a zip file on your desktop (copies console messages, then compresses contents of your Logging folder for posting).
