beta 8 highlighting (suggestion)

 hi

 

 is it possible to create a image and have this displayed in the  highlighting tools

 I would like to  highlight different characters/people ,   this would remind me to  look up more information

 about the background and culture

 please see image

 this will be very useful for people who have dyslexia

I  using speech recognition software, and a readingpen
TextAlourd ,utilities which help me to  overcome my Dyslexia,
