L4 update issue with Win7 Starter

I've been running L4 (including betas) on my Netbook with W7 starter. Recently I developed a problem. An update was available, so I downloaded and went to update, and got this error after running through the preliminary screens.

Error writing to file
c:\Users\Ben\AppData\Local\Logos4\System\LogosCom.exe

Verify that you have access to that directory.

I retried several times with no luck. I'm the Admin on the laptop, and I do have access to that directory. I suspect it's something with the file access permissions, but can't figure out what, as they all look like they should, to me.

 

Anyone encountered this issue before?

To get around this right click the L4 icon and "Run as Administrator". Then download the update.

Alternatively, use the forum link and run the Setup program "as administrator".
