information bar: more info, please!

Information bar currently shows only about 4 or 5 lines of text on Bible references.  Footnotes go one at length.  Please show more of Bible reference.  I can understand not showing a chapter or a book at length (ie: "Deuteronomy 6-8"), but certainly at least 5 or 6 verses.  Sometimes one verse is so long that even that one verse is not completely cited. 

Is it possible to have a "live link" at the end of a truncated note/reference, so that you could click on it to see the rest?  (either in info bar or sent to the resource itself?
