I received an email from Karla Tanberg informing me that Logos had shipped my DVD without a serial #. After a brief exchange of messages, I downloaded all 40 files and she unlocked NIC. It only took a couple of minutes to download the files from Safari (Mac version). Now, I have NICOT/NIOCNT without waiting for the DVD to arrive.

Thanks Karla. Logos Customer Service is an asset to the company.

I got mine on Wednesday. Installed it with the serial # that came in the email from Karla Tanberg (sent without serial #) and am using it as we speak. Me Likes!
