Will Logos please keep us posted on whether it will publish the NA 28th edition? Also, it looks like they'll be publishing digital manuscripts, etc., hope those will be integrated into L4.

The 28th edition hasn't been released yet.
This website looks the list of changes made int he text itself

I expect the biggest changes to be updating of the apparatus.
EDIT: as I look closer that website lists changes to the Greek text that another edition of the GNT put out by the German Bible Society differs from the NA 27 and those changes are expected to be in the NA28
