Adding custom edited text to a Guide's note areas

added a wiki article which shows how to do this in the Bible Word Study guide. This could be applied to any of the guides in Logos4.

Adding a Hyperlink, Bold, etc inside a BWS guide note

This came about when i wanted to add a hyperlink inside a note in one of my BWS guide notes to link it to a note file.
