There is not a function in Logos to do this for you, but Logos is designed in such a way that this should not be necessary. Still some like to do this for peace of mind, or to take advantage of a few short cuts for reinstalling Logos should that be necessary (you can find out how to do that in the wiki).
However, if you want to back up everything in Logos, it can be done with other backup software. Just point it to C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents for your notes, documents, collections, etc. and to C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\[random string]\ResourceManager\Resources to back up your library. If you simply want to back up everything in Logos, point your backup software to C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Logos4\
There is no backup function. You will need to copy portions of the following directory to your external hard drive:
C:\Users{User Name}AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\{Random String}\Documents
You may find it easiest to back up the entire Documents directory.
