Trying to sign in

I am trying to sign in to synchronize with Logos bible software on my desktop and get access to more free books.  I am putting my email address and my sign in that  i use for the website sign in.  I am confused as to why it does not seem to be working.  It is just staying on the  same  sign in page.      Can someone  help?

    My iTouch has the same issue.  I checked to make sure I'm on a newer iOS and it still just sits there.  Not sure what the issue is.  Just wanted to say that you are not alone.

    There's a bug that's preventing an error message from displaying. Your email or password were not recognized by the server.
