If I have a greek word how do I, do a word study and find out everywhere it is used in the bible.

Right mouse click on the word; select lemma or manuscript depending on which you want, and then select search this resource (assuming you are searching from a Greek text.
Or if you want to see how a particular word is translated / used throughout the Bible (again depending on what Bible you are using) you can use the "Bible Word Study" tool - see http://wiki.logos.com/Bible_Word_Study for more details.

right click the Greek word...choose "bible word study"...
