I would like to know, whether it is possible to make passage list from a website.
I'm not aware of any way to import a passage list. You could type in the individual verses, or create a search that would export to a passage list.
Logos has suggested that we will be able to share things like passage lists in the future, so it's possible that someday such a list could be imported, if it had the right parameters. But not yet.
Tes, if I understand you, then the answer is yes. Open a blank Passage Guide. Click on the word Add. Type or paste the URL of the website into the URL box. It will then import the references it finds and create a Passage Guide.

You mean passage list, right?
Yep. Not a Passage Guide. See why they needed to call it a Verse List like in 3.0?
