B8 Crashing on Biblical Places (Jerusalem)

Tried opening Biblical Places:

Expected to open Biblical Places to a map to see distance between places using CTRL.

What happened: Opened Biblical Places and Jerusalem  came up and L4 B8 crashed both times.

Thanks I reported the issue in the log. So you didn't get a chance to use CTRL?

Nope I was not able to use the CTRL George.

David, I checked the biblical people and did not have any crashes occur when switching between images. So that appears to be fine.

George, in the maps even switching to another map image on the same look-up crashes L4. My other concern is that I'll try to send a report and I'll let it go for upwards to 10 minutes with no responsiveness. Normally it occurs on my system in a matter of seconds. Attaching this mornings log file. The Error Reporting is still sitting there at preparing report.

After about 17 minutes (at least it looks that way from the log) the MS error Reporting went through. Attached the updated log file.

Hi Ken,

Thanks for checking. The logs seem to indicate a problem with your graphics card. Would you mind updating it's drivers to make sure they're up-to-date? (Here's a link http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/detect.htm)

After doing that and rebooting your machine, let me know if it still crashes (if you could attach another log at that point, that'd be very helpful).

Hi David, I checked the Intel site and it would not let me update because Dell customizes their drivers. So I went out to Dell and confirmed that I have the latest driver and I do. So there is no newer graphics driver I can get. I am attaching the latest log. It is happening both with Biblical Things and Places. Prior to B8 I was not having this problem and I was in both of these modules quite a bit. This log represent the Biblical Things crash.

Well David, I tried thinking out side of the box a bit and went out to Dell and loaded an earlier version of the video driver and lo an behold it worked. I was able to use both places and things with zero crashes. Attaching log.

George finally got a chance to use the CTRL feature and it is pretty cool.
