Yes. They are called Workspaces and you save and open them from the File menu.

What do you expect the PG to save? It does remember the changes to its properties.
Yes, I was hoping the passage guide would save to the commentary set that I saved the works space in, not the commentary set I used last. I guess I am spoiled by l4
The PG opens to its last used state regardless of how you saved it in the workspace. So L4 has the advantage here.
