with laptop windows 2003 and PC windows 7 i receive a "Loos has stopped working" dialog box and the question "Do you wnat to shut down?" Liie I have a choice, i am not able to get to my Logs. Any suggestions?

First you will need to enable diagnostic logging on your computer. You can find out how to dot hat here: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
This also explains how to submit your log files here on the forum.
After you enable diagnostic logging, reopen Logos 4 and if it crashes (as we expect), upload your log files in a followup message.
