Indexer Stuck

Since the recent update last night of what I thought was the SBLGNT, my indexer has been stuck at four hours. I deleted the KJV1900.logos4, KJV1900OT.lbsrvi, NASB95.logos4, and
NASB95OT.lbsrvi files, entered the command Update Resources, and
restarted Logos. I got a few updates, tried to reindex, but the indexer stops at four hours. I am running 4.2a Beta 2.

Is there any CPU activity in Activity Monitor? Or is it just that the estimate is "stuck" at 4 hours remaining?

The computer doesn't sound like it is humming, but the % CPU seems to be jumping from 30 to 80 to 99 to 130. 580 MB of real memory is being utilized.

If you open your Indexer.log in Console, does it seem to be progressing?

Yes it seems to be working now for some odd reason. Figures, as soon as I send my logs it begins to work. Thanks for the help.
