Re-index. New Release?

My whole system re-indexed, which is typical when there is a new release, but I don't see any new release notes. What changed?

    A new version of the Help file was downloaded.

    Do you have the Göttingen LXX?  This was recently partially redone though I haven't yet had a chance to check it out.
