Download Speed

Hi
My suggestion would be to increase the download speed. I should be done with this 4.51GB download but it's taking forever. After reading a ton of forum posts, only at 61%. Utilizing a CDN of sorts would dramatically speed up the download process (and the costs associated are low). I ran a speed test while downloading, as you can see it's not my connection:
