L4 4.2a Beta 3 Notes still unsatisfactory

Creating a new note still does not scroll to the proper location. Clicking on a note icon in the Bible text still does not scroll to the target note. Notes still cannot be compacted.

All this keeps me from switching completely to L4 Mac, and L4 Win remains my primary Bible study medium.

Although I am not using L4 for windows at the present I am using alternative software until such time as the notes become fully functional.
