URL reference to a specific TOC Division

In L3 it was possible to create a hyperlink that referenced the 4th TOC item. For instance....
libronixdls:jump|pos=LLS-AOL%3A347%3CDIV4%3E.0.0|res=LLS%3Ags_atj_02.
In L4 the same location URL is created as
logosres:gs-atj-02;ref=VolumePage.V_2,_p_9;off=2494
Is there a way to have it references the 4th entry of the TOC rather then the page and offset location?

It depends on the resource. In L4, the location is given in relation to the nearest reference or article. Because the only references in TLJ are only page numbers, URLs will always be given in relation to the page number, not in relation to headings or sub-headings. In a dictionary, or commentary, which are referenced by headword or Bible reference, locations will be given in relation to those, which gives a cleaner URL:
Similarly, the theological journals have long articles (i.e. one article in the journal is one article in Logos meaning there's a new article at every level one heading), whereas other resources have a new 'article' for every sub-heading. Therefore unlike some other resources, TLJ will give neat URLs only at the beginning of an article, not at the beginning of a subheading.
Having said all that, the theory doesn't work in practice. The URL you want is logosres:gs-atj-02;art=title4, but this isn't generated by the URL menu. Perhaps time for a bug report?
