In the Program Settings page there are settings for default font settings for notes, but it simply involves one font face and one size.  I suggest that it be modified to resemble the regular font settings for resources so that different languages can have different fonts.  I tend to put a section of text in the title and format it using my prefered text for the language.  No matter what I put into the title, it becomes the selected font when collapsed.  This could be implemented according to the language section of unicode which is being used in the entry.
